If you are 14 years or older, entering 8th-12th grades, currently participating in a sport, plan to try out for a high school sport this fall, or just want to go back to school this fall stronger, faster and more confident, the Crossfit Purgatory Teen Summer Program is for you!
Here's the deets:
Join us for one (or both!) 4-Week Sessions:
Classes will be held 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 10:00am to 11:30am
- *Strength - Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Core work
- *Mobility - Self Care & Injury Prevention
- *Agility - Quick transitions & Skilled Movements
- *Speed - Acceleration and technique
- *Conditioning - Cardiovascular and muscular endurance
- *Nutrition - Fuel to Feed the Fire
We’re looking for athletes wanting to dig deep and work hard in a fun and challenging environment. You can expect to finish summer stronger, better condition, ready to tackle your sport and challenge your competition. As a parent, you will see your teen improve their overall athletic performance and have a better understanding of training and the discipline needed to excel.
Our goal is to teach proper lifting mechanics and enhance athletic performance in a safe and competitive atmosphere. We will focus on increasing maximal strength, explosive power, technical speed, energy system training, injury prevention and nutritional awareness.
Summer Program pricing:
$215 per session (either 6/4-6/29 or 7/9-8/3)
$385 for both sessions
20% discount for siblings!
*Pricing is for the entire 4 week session. We know summer is full of vacations and other commitments. Come as little or often as you like, but consistency leads to the best results!
