Class Descriptions:
CrossFit - 45-60 minute sessions that involve a warm-up, a CrossFit workout of the day and cool-down/stretch Coaches: Logan, Daniel, Matt, Marcy and Tony
Open Gym - Open Gym is exactly what it sounds like. You may come in at your leisure and work on CrossFit specific skills (double unders, rowing, pullups etc), strength and/or complete the workout of the day. This doesn't mean you can do anything. It must be CrossFit-specific and approved by the supervising coach. On Saturday only, we will allow you complete any Leaderboard workout or missed workout from the previous week. On weekdays, you must do the current days workout of the day. You must have a coach "recommendation" before attending this class and have shown proficiency with the basic lifts and CrossFit movements or be a CrossFit Purgatory Level 1 athlete. This class is only recommended for athletes with CrossFit experience. Coach: Daniel
CrossFit Basic - Recommended for athletes with less than a month CrossFit experience. The focus of this class is to help newer athletes gain confidence in the CrossFit classes. Strength - Athletes in strength should have a minimum of one month of CrossFit under their belt before starting this class! Recommended for athletes who need to increase their strength base. A short metabolic conditioning butt-kicking workout will conclude the strength portion of the class. You may ONLY attend 2 strength classes per week, either a monday class and a wed/thurs class. Olympic Lifting - Powerful athletes from all over the globe can attest to the benefits of learning the Olympic Lifts and doing them extraordinarily well. When you become proficient at the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, your CrossFit performance will improve dramatically. If you want to be a serious CrossFit athlete, this class is for you. Yoga - This mobility/yoga class is geared towards the CrossFitter. We know from experience that years of sitting in office chairs working on computers wreaks havoc on mobility and strength. Your CrossFit coach will work with you to become more mobile and strong, however most of us need some extra work from years of employing improper techniques that tighten the hips, back, shoulders and posterior chain. Our Yoga class focuses on the trouble areas you need to be mobile to be a successful athlete. Instructors: Tony or Emily
Special Event Dates - Mark your calendars!
- The second Friday of every month will be "CrossFit Happy Hour" - we are the original and first gym to start this awesome trend that is sweeping across gyms all over the place, come see for yourself! It's a themed workout (we announce the theme each month) at 5:30pm followed by what else? A group outing for Happy Hour to a nearby "Happy" place! Mark your calendars, you won't want to miss this.

All memberships are MONTH to MONTH with NO CONTRACTS!! We do not have any hidden fees, start-up fees etc. What you see is what you actually pay.
$160.00 Monthly unlimited classes
$135.00 Monthly for 3 classes per week
$120.00 Monthly for unlimited classes for Military & First Responders (Gov't ID req'd) and Students
$80.00 Second family members within same household
$255.00 Family rate - 3+ members unlimited within same household (max 4 people)
One time drop-in class fee $15.00 or if you are from an our of town affiliate, bring us a shirt and workout for FREE or buy one of ours!
Membership Details/Fine Print: *All memberships are auto-debit from a checking account or credit card transaction on the first of each month unless they are pre-paid in full. Pre-paid memberships (cash payments) require a minimum of a 3-month pre-pay. We DO NOT accept monthly cash/check payments. CrossFit Purgatory has no contracts and you can leave at any time; we require that terminations of membership be requested via email or writing and cancellations must occur at least thirty days from membership fee due date. We do not alter or pro-rate memberships except in cases where a member is gone more than 2 consecutive weeks in a month. We do not reimburse memberships for any reason. We will need 30 days notice to accomodate any special or unique requests. If you cancel your membership for more than a month, you will return as a member at the current prices listed on this website. Personal training sessions must be paid before the sessions occur (or at the time of service) and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice must be paid in full. Foundation Programs
6 Session Discounted Private Foundations Sessions
Sessions are 1 hr, 1-on-1, and include warm-up, skill training, workout, and nutrition talk. Food log and homework completion required. YOU set the date and times for sessions. Sessions must be used within 2 months.
Payment plans available. $220
Private Coaching
Personal or Specialty Coaching - $60.00/hr - can be split for small groups up to 3 people.
We’re not your average “$50/month” gym. We’re nothing like a $50/month gym. We are an elite training and coaching facility.
