CrossFit: This is what the the buzz is about. When you see the "Workout of the Day" on our website, this is the class where you will do it, under the supervision of highly trained coaches. Classes consist of a warm-up, skill work, the workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down. Classes last approximately one hour. Coach: Aly, Logan, Aru, Matt & Corbin
Open Gym (NOT Open Strength) - Open Gym is exactly what it sounds like. You may come in at your leisure and work on CrossFit specific skills (double unders, rowing, pullups etc), strength and/or complete the workout of the day. This doesn't mean you can do anything. It must be CrossFit-specific and approved by the supervising coach. On Saturday only, we will allow you complete any Leaderboard workout or missed workout from the previous week. On weekdays, you must do the current days workout of the day. You must have a coach "recommendation" before attending this class and have shown proficiency with the basic lifts. This class is only recommended for athletes with CrossFit experience. Coach: Aly or Tony
CrossFit Lite- Effective 9/1, ALL new students wishing to join MUST attend CrossFit Lite before attending any other CrossFit classes. ONLY athletes with a minimum of 6 months (or more) of CF experience at an affiliate will be able to start in the regular CF classes. The coaches (Logan & Aly) will work with each new athlete to get them transferred over to the CF classes in 10 sessions or less, depending on their conditioning and level of experience. This class will complete the workout of the day at a more moderate level appropriate for newer athletes and will have more specific coaching on complicated and technical movements than the regular CrossFit classes. Strength - Recommended for athletes who need to increase their strength base. Evening Strength will be an open-gym style format where athletes can do their regular strength programming OR work on Olympic Lifts or other weightlifting as approved by the coach. Athletes will come up with a detailed plan with the coaches towards increasing their strength and olympic lifting effiecieny. This class is open to all regular members as well as strength only members. Coach: Tony & Adam
Strongman - Strongman classes are currently held every Saturday at 10am. Come learn to use atlas stones, yokes, sleds and more as you gain power and strength! These classes are just as scalable as regular crossfit so you should not be intimidated to come and try them out! ALL LEVELS of athletic abilities can (and should) participate! Coach: Corbin
