Step 2: Try It

Crossfit is technical, demanding, and rewarding, and we ask that every new athlete be exposed to at least one workout prior to training with us. We hold a CROSSFIT BASIC class at least twice a month on Saturdays, or you can email us for a one on one session or to come try any group class for the first time on us. Please e-mail us or click here to sign up. The workout is scalable to all fitness levels.  Bring with you: water, comfy workout clothing, athletic shoes and be prepared to work hard and have fun!

Step 3: Committing to yourself

After you've been through an introductory workout, you now have a good idea if this is what you are looking for.  If it is, we are here to help hold your hand as you start what will be one of the most amazing journeys of your life.  We understand that starting CrossFit can be scary.  Think of it this way - just stepping into the gym on the first day was a huge success and it just gets easier every time as you develop friendships in the gym and confidence in your abilities.  Before you know it, you will be doing things you never could have imagined before!

Our gym is full of people just like you.  They walked in on day 1 scared and unsure.  Yet, "something" told them to come back.  Those people are the ones who will put out their hand to introduce themselves to you and help you through your journey along with your knowledgeable coaches.  WE ARE HERE FOR YOU.  We are a community, not just a gym.  Everyone knows eachother and we encourage eachother everyday to take on new challenges and to face obstacles. 

We don't want just anyone as a member of CrossFit Purgatory.  We want people who are ready to take the journey of health and wellness with us.  We want people who are committed to their success.  All we ask is that you commit to you.  Once you make that commitment, you are welcome to start coming to our group CrossFit classes where your coach will walk you through a warm-up, the movements in the workout, the WOD (workout of the day) as well as a post-WOD mobility session.  There are no special requirements to attend our open classes.  They are for EVERY ability, strength, flexibility and endurance level.
