1/27 Workout of the Day and NEW DIGS!

Imagine you close your eyes.....imagine you wake up from a dream about your best ever CrossFit workout, except this one was different.  Everything about it was perfect.  The gym was Purgatory - you know because you saw those words, "Pur.ga.to.ry:  Purification through temporary punishment," on the wall.  Your fellow Purgees were all there cheering you on.  You used the same jumprope you love to hate, but this time...  they just came effortlessly.  But, still so much was different, but it felt right.  The walls seemed further apart, there was a huge roll-up door with the Purg logo in red on it, there were so many places to do pull-ups that you used a new spot each time you approached the bars.  There was a changing room and shower.  There were two kids areas - a lounge for the big kids and a kiddie corral for the little ones so they can watch Mom & Dad workout.  There was a long strip of turf that you ran up and down repeatedly screaming to yourself, "there's so much more room for activities!"  Everything just clicked.....

Except......

You woke up and it was REAL!

Welcome to the NEW Purgatory!  April 1, 2012, we will be expanding to a much needed new gym!  We will have a beautiful, 6000sf CF gym with the largest unobstructed open floor space of any CrossFit gym in Tucson.  In addition, we will have a 3000sf (plus offices at additional 600sf) complete Strength room, complete with turf and all the lifting gear you'll need.  We will have a rope climbing area for ropes with a 15' climb.  We will have a shower, a changing room, tons of space....  yes, I even plan to have a serve-yourself coffee bar.  Oh, it's coming, kids and it's gonna be OFF-THE-HOOK.
